The light is long, the wine is chilled, and the snacks are salty. Join us on Thursday, April 30th from 3:00-6:00pm for the first Golden Hour—our new monthly Cambria pop-up gathering in Los Olivos—and help us celebrate the release of Txiki, our lightly sparkling coastal white.

Txiki (ch-EE-k-ee) is made for exactly this kind of bubbly afternoon: fresh, frizzante, and endlessly food-friendly. We'll be pouring it alongside bites that bring out its best and keep the good times and conversations flowing.

Winemaker Jill Russell will also be in attendance to welcome this exciting new wine. Come for the good vibes, bring a friend or two, and stay a while.

We're delighted to invite you to The Cambria Collective Spring BBQ, a festive afternoon at Cambria Estate!

Bring your family and friends to enjoy estate-grown wines, authentic Santa Maria–style barbecue cooked onsite by Oak & Fire, lawn games, live music, and interactive experiences for guests of all ages. Enjoy a signature custom hat experience with Smoke Revival, where you can design and purchase a personalized hat created on-site. Select your style and finishing details for a thoughtfully crafted piece to take home. There will also be a sweet treat station for everyone to enjoy.

The event runs from 1–4 pm against the scenic backdrop of the rolling hills of Cambria Estate in the Santa Maria Valley.

Additional bottles will be available for purchase to enjoy onsite or take home. This is your exclusive opportunity to pick up your spring release wine club shipment at Cambria Estate; otherwise, pickups may be made at our Los Olivos location.
